North America Macro Execution Sales - Associate

Job Description
Join one of the fastest growing institutional teams within Macro Sales. The team is a unique cross asset sales team with a focus on helping clients find efficient trading solutions by leveraging technology.
As an Associate in the team, you will be responsible for the execution of a wide range of products across currency, fixed income and emerging markets. You will work with our partners in E-sales, trading, technology and product development to provide the next generation of solutions for our clients. As an Associate on the team you will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by covering a diverse client population including hedge funds, banks, pensions and investment managers. You will need to develop a deep understanding of interest rate and currency derivatives as well as US government and corporate bonds. This role offers you the opportunity to develop a broad product skill set and have a diverse client coverage experience that is unique within macro sales, allowing you to make a significant impact on the business.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of client requests for all products
  • Maintain and develop client relationships across our franchise of hedge funds, asset managers and banks
  • Bring a collaborative approach needed to work with our clients and internal business partners in trading, E-sales and technology
  • Provide clients with market intelligence and insight on how to best access liquidity and solutions
  • Take a consultative approach to working with existing clients and target prospects to assess and address their individual needs


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of and experience with US fixed income, Rates and FX derivatives
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills; ability to deal confidently with clients and internal stake holders
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomics; ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple terms
  • Strong quantitative skills; comfort with learning various pricing models and the associated products
  • Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Strong interest in maintaining and creating lasting client relationships
