THE OPPORTUNITY

The Gympass Growth team is seeking a hands-on Web Content Manager with strong project management, analytical and creative problem solving skills to enhance our digital user experience. We’re looking for someone to apply best practices in content creation, UX and ongoing testing to improve Gympass’ website experience, create flexible web components, develop new features, functionality and enhancements.

Our US offices are in NYC, Houston, and Los Angeles. This person can work from any office or remotely based in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, California, or Washington. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Plan and execute data-driven web marketing strategies and tactics in alignment with brand and demand campaigns to increase user engagement, conversions and revenue
  • Support and execute A/B testing and personalization across all growth marketing channels
  • Build and maintain calendars & roadmaps for ongoing website content management and optimization tactics
  • Create detailed project plans outlining requirements, task owners, milestones, dependencies & key risks and deliver project plans against tight deadlines
  • Define & build processes and workflows for managing web content management and experimentation to enable scale, promote self-sufficiency and minimize turnaround times for requests
  • Identify and develop relationships with key internal teammates (MarTech, Analytics, Product, Retention, among others) and third-party vendor stakeholders to ensure their appropriate participation for project execution
  • Support research and evaluation of hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis for input on purchase decisions

WHO YOU ARE

  • A marketing professional with website optimization experience, including direct experience with content development and A/B testing and optimization
  • Strong proficiency with CMS platforms (Liferay, Drupal or similar)
  • Proficiency with A/B experimentation platforms such as Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely or similar
  • Basic HTML, CSS and Javascript experience (can write basic code for some content and experimentation needs, as well as build technical specs for front-end developers)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager proficiency
  • Global team player with fluent written, verbal, & conceptual skills (bilingual a plus)
  • Experience working in an agile setting with Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence), or other project management tools
  • Extremely detail oriented with a love for documentation, building roadmaps, calendars and project plans
  • Able to learn new technologies & methodologies quickly
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • A team player who is comfortable working with third party vendors, internal development, engineers, data analysts and multiple cross-functional teams across the org on complex problems
