This role is Hybrid out of East Hanover, NJ.
You are an essential part of the marketing team, managing a variety of processes & tasks that contribute to our brand's success. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all documentation and logistical needs are met timely with executional excellence to drive all marketing plans.
How you will contribute
- Manage all aspects of recurring processes work including the timely completion of all forms in marketing processes like Design-To-Print forms, Customer Care forms, legal forms and new item forms to maintain project flow and accuracy.
- Manage & submit purchase orders (POs)
- Oversee the creation of program planning templates and coordinate product and packaging handling to streamline processes, focusing on synergies and efficiency.
- Collaborate with external agencies to create and manage mockups, ensuring timely shipping and coordination for sales and customer meetings.
- Manage Sales Samples for innovation, liaising with re-packers to ensure samples are sent to the latest distribution lists.
- Support calendar and logistics management by scheduling team meetings, organizing quarterly and ad-hoc celebrations, and supporting planning team off-sites.
- Assist with design tasks, such as updating Teams backgrounds to foster a creative team environment.
What you will bring

- 2+ years' experience within marketing or related industries.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in process and project management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

The base salary range for this position is $73,900 to $101,650; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
