Position Summary: We are looking for a passionate Full-Cycle Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and onboard the best young talent. This role primarily recruits young professionals and interns. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a diverse and talented team that aligns with our startup culture and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
- Focus on recruiting young professionals and interns, understanding their unique needs and career aspirations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Create engaging job descriptions and manage postings across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Implement innovative recruiting campaigns and participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our brand.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to potential candidates.
- Gather feedback from interviews and help improve our hiring processes.
- Assist in employee retention and development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create strategies for engaging and recruiting young talent.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with college campuses and youth organizations.
