Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of B2C Field Operations to oversee our internal and external workforce responsible for delivering telecommunications services to our Optimum Communities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strategic leadership, operational excellence, and team management within the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the B2C with a primary focus on Managed Wi-Fi deployments.
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of field operations professionals, including Business Partners, technicians, and support staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to business customers, including sales, customer support, and network operations.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including business customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including safety standards and quality assurance.
  • Manage budgetary and financial responsibilities for the B2C field operations department.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications networks, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $102,816 - $168,912 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter. The rates/ranges provided herein are the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and do not reflect future job opportunity.
