The Stripes Investor Relations (IR) team leads all aspects of capital raising across fund and co-investment vehicles as well as investor marketing, communication and relationship building. We are looking to add an Executive Assistant who will report to the Head of IR and will support our firm’s IR-related efforts.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class administrative support to the Head of Investor Relations and broader IR Team
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, accommodations, and logistics for investor meetings and conferences
- Spearhead management of CRM platform including investor updates, meeting tracking and reporting as well as fundraising support by helping to manage data room
- Schedule internal and external meeting and events (including our Annual Investor Meeting) and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up deliverables as needed
- Process expenses on a timely basis
- Handle and maintain highly confidential information
- Interface and collaborate daily with C-level executives, investors, executive assistants across the company both internally and externally
Qualifications
- Prior experience in executive administration work and/or event planning; knowledge of Investor Relations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Power user of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs of executives and their teams and exercise independent, sound judgment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and execute against multiple projects and deadlines
- Due to global nature of our business, ability to respond to email and calls outside standard business hours in a timely fashion; possess global awareness, time zone sensitivity, culture, logistics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
Compensation Range: $90,000 - 110,000 annual base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to annual base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or fund carry based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Regular, full-time employees are eligible for Stripes’ competitive benefit programs.
