The Role:

 

We are currently seeking a full-time Creative & Marketing Associate. Please note that this position will start out in person in our Miami Beach office, and then transfer to our NYC office once it opens in Summer 2024.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Research competitor advertising strategy.
  • Defining story boards for prospective ads.
  • Evaluate results of ads, primarily in Meta and Google but also in other channels.
  • Write scripts, hire actors, and build creative, working with a contract video editor or even if possible doing this yourself.
  • Push ads live on Meta, and potentially Google as well.
  • Creative development in experimental channels, which may include streaming, radio, TV, and more.
  • Work directly alongside the CEO as well as Performance Marketing Lead to execute high-growth marketing strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 1+ years of experience in creative strategy or account management either at an agency or in-house, preferably at a startup.
  • A hands on attitude, with openness to wearing multiple hats.
  • A strong intuition for high performance advertising.
