Chase Branded Cards are an integral part of millions of American wallets, giving consumers rewards and benefits that matter to them, like competitive cash-back with Freedom Unlimited, lower interest rates with Slate Edge, rewards, and access with Sapphire Preferred® and Sapphire Reserve®. Chase Branded Cards also provides small business owners with competitive cash-back and rewards through the Ink product line. We are forming a new go-to-market team to spearhead the development and execution of our Branded Card's strategic long-term plan and product roadmap. This team will share accountability for the strategic plan and successful market launches with card portfolio general managers.
Job Summary:
As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, you will be responsible for development and execution of strategic initiatives on the Chase Branded Card roadmap, including product refreshes and launches across the Slate, Freedom, Sapphire, and Ink product lines. You will work closely with portfolio leads, establish and lead governance forums for new product launches, and manage key go-to-market workstreams. Your role will involve identifying strategic issues, driving them to resolution, and building a sustainable framework for launching and refreshing card products. You will collaborate across functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the Chase Branded Cards plan, delivering market-leading value to millions of consumers and small businesses.
Job responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Card General Managers to develop and implement high-impact strategic initiatives, including new product launches and refreshes.
  • Lead high-impact strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment, managing cross-functional teams to develop best-in-class customer solutions and bring products to market.
  • From ideation to launch, collaborate with product leads providing insights and recommendations to optimize for strong customer value and financial outcomes. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform go to market plans.
  • Establish and lead governance structures to oversee product launches, ensuring readiness and alignment across all stakeholders. Lead launch readiness forums with senior leaders across card business and functional partners.
  • Build strong relationships across the Branded Card teams, business partners and cross functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Connected Commerce, Risk, Legal, Compliance).
  • Identify and address key milestones, strategic issues, and interdependencies, driving them to resolution across all stakeholders. Create a risk management plan to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive go-to-market plans to amplify impact across customer-facing channels, e.g., acquisition, branch, and servicing.
  • Become an expert in new product launches, supporting development of evergreen framework. Create standardized product launch and go to market processes and tools to streamline efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Support junior team members, contributing to their development and growth.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven ability to develop high impact strategies, lead complex initiatives, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment without direct control of resources. Not afraid to roll up sleeves and get into the details to get the job done.
  • Proactive, flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity and white space.
  • Challenges status quo, identifies gaps/opportunities, creates structure and clarity out of ambiguity and complexity.
  • Customer focused and service-oriented, with an eye toward both external (Card members) and internal (Card product leaders) customers. Identifies and meets customer needs effectively.
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to structure problems, frame decisions, and drive resolutions.
  • Experience in developing or leading products, preferably financial products or capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with a growth mindset and collaborative approach . Proven track record of motivating team and partners towards accomplishing a common goal.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. A bility to influence across leadership levels, teams, functions, and situations.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in go-to-market, product development, product leadership, strategy consulting, corporate development or similar roles preferred.
  • We are seeking talent at both 603 (5 or more years of experience) and 602 (3 or more years of experience) levels to lead key initiatives on the Go to Market team in Chase Branded Cards
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
