Think back to your early days on the job. What stood out to you most about Celonis’s culture? 

Our strong emphasis on innovation really stood out. I am always impressed by the company’s commitment to constantly seeking new and better ways of doing things. 

An open culture that values sharing opinions and ideas is another unique aspect of Celonis’s culture. Everyone, regardless of position or seniority, is encouraged to speak up and share their thoughts. 

Collaboration and teamwork are also deeply ingrained in Celonis’s culture. Teams work closely together, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie that permeates our entire organization. For example, we recently partnered with a large coffee retailer. Thanks to the help of our product and customer value teams, we were able to create a meaningful business case to move forward with the project. We were all in it together, which made the whole project much less stressful.

Finally, I am impressed by the level of mentorship that is available at Celonis. From the very beginning, I was paired with a mentor who helped me navigate the culture, learn the ropes and set achievable goals for myself. This guidance and support were invaluable in helping me feel confident and empowered in my new role.

How long have you been with Celonis, and what professional growth have you seen in that time?

I have been with Celonis for seven months. During that time, I have experienced significant professional growth and development. By working with people at all levels across the company, I was exposed to different perspectives and levels of experience that enabled me to broaden my skill sets, develop new approaches to problem-solving and become more adaptable to new situations.

I have the autonomy to guide my professional development and pursue projects and initiatives that align with my interests and goals. This has given me the opportunity to take more ownership of my work and build skills that are valuable to my role and Celonis as a whole.

I have participated in training programs and workshops for project management and data analytics. This has been instrumental in helping me develop my expertise and take on more challenging projects and responsibilities.

The mentorship and guidance that I received from my manager and colleagues have been invaluable in my professional growth. Their feedback and support is why I am excited to go to work in the morning. They drive me to learn and improve upon the skills that I’ve built.

Think back to your early days on the job. What stood out to you most about Reorg’s culture? 

I joined Reorg in January 2020. On my first day in the office, everyone from our CEO to the commercial team members welcomed me. From the start, they were ready and willing to help me. 

Less than two months later, the Covid-19 pandemic hit and we pivoted quickly to working from home. Even during the most trying times, every conversation with my colleagues started with a simple "How are you doing?" This came before starting any agenda, which speaks to the caliber of person that Reorg brings to its teams.

How long have you been with Reorg, and what professional growth have you seen in that time?

I’ve been with Reorg for three years, and I’ve had the opportunity to hold a few different roles that didn’t exist before I arrived. Professionally, I’ve used my past experiences to build something new, and we try new things every day.

Trustpilot is a review platform that’s open to businesses and consumers, but independent of both. 

 

Think back to your early days on the job. What stood out to you most about Trustpilot’s culture? 

When I started at Trustpilot, I was the first outside hire on the consumer marketing team. We were a team of two, just me and the VP of consumer marketing. Despite being so small, we were able to take on some really big and meaningful projects and see the impact of that work reverberate across the business. 

As the consumer marketing manager, I was able to launch our “Consumer Blog” and conduct a global consumer segmentation study that is now used across the whole business. Now, as the head of consumer marketing, I support my team in launching similar projects and see the size and scope of our impact grow. 

This is what makes me so excited to come to work every morning, and it remains one of my favorite things about the culture at Trustpilot. No matter your role, you can make a big difference here and see the impact of your work. 

There is also a test-and-fail-to-learn culture. We don’t encourage failure, but you can feel comfortable trying things that might fail in pursuit of transformational change and learning experiences that result in long-term success. How long have you been with Trustpilot, and what professional growth have you seen in that time?

I joined Trustpilot in December 2019, just a few months prior to the onset of the global Covid-19 pandemic. Since then, I have seen both myself and Trustpilot grow so much. 

Trustpilot provided me with the support and training that I needed to excel as a remote people leader. Now, I’ve got a team that’s halfway around the world, but I am equipped to support and coach them from afar. 

I have also been fortunate to have some exceptional mentors who are committed to fostering my development, both as a people leader and a strategic leader within the organization. As a result, tasks that once made me nervous, such as conducting performance evaluations or delivering presentations to our executive team, have become easily manageable and are now things that I look forward to. 

Trustpilot also really increased its commitment to career development for all Trusties over the past few years. Trustpilot supported specialized training for my team members and continues to give opportunities for formal training on key skills, such as recruitment and leadership. The company is committed not only to current leaders but also to aspiring leaders who will shape the future.

Think back to your early days on the job. What stood out to you most about 360Learning’s culture? 

I like to describe our asynchronous work culture as “any meeting that could just be an email, is an email” (or, in our case, communicated through internal tools). This is something that we all dream of, but when it actually comes true, it’s a bit of an adjustment. This is where low authority and high accountability come into play in your success at 360Learning. 

Learners at 360 are set up for success from their first day at the company. Our extensive onboarding process incorporates synchronous and asynchronous learning about our unique work style and helps new joiners understand how to view and conduct their work through this lens.

All new joiners are paired in a cohort, during which a veteran learner guides them through our processes and communication style while offering connection and support. Throughout a learner's tenure, all expectations are clearly agreed upon with their coach via our quarterly key performance indicators process. This is tracked weekly, which allows the learner to have a clear view into where they are successful and where they have opportunities.

All work-related conversations occur transparently and asynchronously on our roadmaps, which gives learners access to all the information they need to do their jobs and understand context.

How long have you been with 360Learning, and what professional growth have you seen in that time?

I’ve been with 360Learning for just over two years now. In the beginning of my time here, I crushed targets and sought out development opportunities throughout the organization. Due to changes in business needs, I was promoted to coach of my team. 

We have many tools available at 360 for professional and personal growth. In addition to a yearly stipend, our learning platform also supports employees' development. 

Everyone at 360Learning is encouraged to declare their learning needs, create learning courses and participate in courses that interest them. Many of these courses are part of our clear growth paths, and when tied with clear expectations for our roles, teams and individuals, employees can easily find and learn about the tools they need to be successful across the company.

We also bring in outside resources to provide educational materials for topics that may be new to our teams or outside many of our scopes. For example, we have brought in experts on working across cultural differences, learning new languages and building women leaders.

Last, every team member is paired with a coach, their manager, who is specifically trained in helping their teams grow. They understand what motivates their teams and guide them to that desired growth.
