The team of about 60 people is split between France (50%) and the USA (50%).

 

The role

We are seeking an experienced product marketer to join our Marketing team.

It is an especially exciting time to join the team as we are investing in scaling our product to disrupt how clinical researchers and drug developers engage and bring new medical innovation to patients.

Inato is the recent recipient of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 and Fierce Healthcare’s Fierce 15.

Your mission is to build and lead Product Marketing at Inato. Through close collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams, you will help successfully launch new product features and deepen customer interest and user engagement with the Inato experience.

This role will report to our VP of Marketing and Communications and will lead a new and exciting function.

 

💊 Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the product marketing strategy of positioning and promoting new features and products for our first-of-its-kind marketplace.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to create and execute a repeatable and continually improving marketing and product launch playbook.

- Develop product positioning and messaging that articulates Inato’s value and distills complex concepts into coherent and easy-to-understand language.

- Develop marketing campaigns tied to new product enhancements. Create big-picture, cross-channel campaigns focused on multiple audiences while working with our in-house social, brand, and sales enablement experts as well as our external designer to help execute these campaigns and marketing materials.

- Manage our most important asset: our product demo for new customers and investors. This includes creating great storylines as well as keeping our demo and executives up to date for important pitch meetings, conferences, etc.

 

💊 Requirements

- 6-10 years of accomplished product marketing experience in tech or health tech
- Demonstrated success working in a complex industry and/or with a novel product
- Experience at an early-stage company
- Experience marketing tech products
- Motivated by mission-driven work
- Based in the Eastern time zone as this role will work closely with our mostly NYC-based marketing team and mostly Paris-based product team
