Keap is looking for a part-time, all-singing, all-dancing junior creative designer! This position will involve working with our co-founders on a wide variety of design fun as we grow the brand. Duties will range from helping build out our website, designing newsletters, crafting flyers, editing photos, collaborating on photo shoots, and updating packaging designs. You will be the go-to person for all brand related graphic executions and have the opportunity to shape and be part of a design-led, fast growing brand. The person in this role should be ready to adapt quickly as the company grows; as our needs grow, we will seek to convert this to a full-time position.

Experience

• Passionate about design and it’s ability to build better brand experiences.

• Strong attention to detail. Stronger the better.

• Clear design point of view.

• Prior work with Head of Brand/Communications on delivering assets for website, ads, social media, newsletter and events is a big plus.

• Design experience at brand, consumer product or ecommerce startup preferred.

Skills

• Amazing attitude → a versatile designer who jumps into old and new problems with passion & curiosity

• Master of Adobe CS→ Photo Shop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bonus points: You love gifs/animations!

• Experience in creating designs both in print and digital

• You can think big picture, but are also comfortable diving into daily executions.

• Bonus points:

• a passion for candles and startups, photography skills, ecommerce experience

• knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, with understanding of user-centric UX/UI design is a big plus, but not a requirement
