Job Summary
The Employee Engagement Analyst is responsible for supporting the employee engagement initiatives and programs, including recognition, listening (surveys and focus groups), D&I, employee events and ad hoc requests. The analyst supports the initiatives by building reports, visualizations, communications, presentations and other supporting materials. Using their knowledge of statistics and data analysis, the analyst can identify key trends to drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with the D&I program manager, enterprise communications team, and key internal stakeholders including CEO Chief of Staff, oversee the annual employee engagement calendar, ensuring alignment of key initiatives
- Supports the execution of engagement surveys by building communications, reports, project plans, communication plans and other materials
- Partners with the D&I program manager
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends across different data sources (e.g., employee listening data, HR data)
- Creates polished and engaging presentations
- Assists with updating intranet pages, social channels and other forums
- Supports standing up listening initiatives (e.g., focus groups, round tables) as well as action planning
- Assists with the execution of change management pertaining to employee experience initiatives (e.g., stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment)
- Researches and stays current on employee experience trends by attending sessions and reading published materials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field required.
- Knowledge of statistical methods such as correlation, regression, and factor analysis and the tools to analyze them (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience with change management, project management and communications strategies to execute employee experience initiatives as well as collaborate across the business (e.g., HR, Legal, Sales). Understanding of survey design, best practices with question methodology, and understanding of survey platforms (Qualtrics preferred).
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
