About the Role

The Director, Sales and Partner Enablement will be instrumental in propelling the performance of our Sales and Partner Solutions divisions. This position holds significant responsibility in guaranteeing that our sales and customer success teams possess the requisite content, tools, expertise, and insights to proficiently promote, oversee, and enhance Engine’s array of products. They will spearhead the transformation of our training infrastructure to facilitate quicker onboarding of new hires and enhance existing team playbooks and best practices. This individual will be pivotal in spearheading the go-to-market (GTM) initiative alongside marketing, business intelligence, and product teams.

This role is onsite 4 days a week out of our New York City office.Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for all revenue teams, encompassing sales development, sales, and customer success.
  • Work closely with revenue leadership to pinpoint knowledge and skill gaps across the organization, devising strategies to bridge those disparities.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee initiatives empowering the revenue team to reach its full potential, including but not limited to new hire bootcamps, product release training, continuous professional development, and skill enhancement programs.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing to deliver cutting-edge training materials and programs on Checkr’s products and services.
  • Evaluate, track, and communicate the effectiveness of all enablement investments.
  • Partner with revenue operations to identify, implement, and manage technologies that enhance productivity for the revenue teams.
  • Organize events aimed at enhancing the productivity of the revenue organization, such as Revenue Kickoffs and Leadership offsites.
  • Devise and execute a global enablement strategy to support global go-to-market objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6+ individual contributors to foster a culture of high performance.
  • Ensure all 1000+ sellers, customer success managers, implementation consultants, and partners are equipped to effectively represent the company and drive customer success.
  • Supervise role-based training curriculums, tools, and interactive programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Identify existing go-to-market competencies and prioritize initiatives to address developmental needs.
  • Drive consistency, efficiency, and change management in ongoing training and tool delivery across all go-to-market teams.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the impact of enablement programs and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and leaders.

About You 

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales enablement or equivalent senior-level roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing impactful enablement programs.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and challenging team members.
  • Proficiency in influencing strategic decision-making at the senior leadership level.
  • Detail-oriented and analytically inclined, capable of leveraging various data inputs to inform decision-making processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of leading solutions and practices in the sales enablement sphere.
  • Prior experience leading enablement training functions within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and inspiring high-performing teams capable of collaborating effectively across all go-to-market functions.
  • Experience in crafting and launching role-based curriculums and programs.
  • Outcome-driven mindset with adept prioritization and team leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with a history of aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and leaders.
  • Agility to swiftly adapt to changing business needs.
  • Robust operational skills, enabling effective mobilization of the enablement team to execute multiple programs.

The annual base salary for this role is between $130,000 - $175,000 per year with the addition of variable pay. Base salary is one component of MoneyLion's total compensation package, which includes, 401(k) match, multiple health insurance options, disability coverage, life insurance, and unlimited paid time off for salaried positions. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies related to the role.
