Job Description

  • Subject matter expert for product data and digital publication management from data creation to customer publication and retention
  • Responsible to ensure qualitative & timely availability of product information required by our customers and consumers.
  • Data creation and changes and quality according to gold model and industry standards to meet customer and consumer requirements.
  • Share best practice with Data Analysts and cross-functional teams delivering data for publishing
  • Drive effective change management, training and quality tracking according to MDLZ business needs and industry standards to meet customers' requirements
  • Ensure digitial data shared with customers and consumers follow local regulation (i.e. FDA, EU Regulation 1169 etc.)
  • Support in translation of all syndicator's requirements into MDLZ data processes and flow (1WS,GDSN,Salsify, etc)


How you will contribute
Subject matter expert for product data and digital publication management from data creation to publication

  • Support in driving digital publication best practice standards and share those with Data Analysts and cross-functional teams delivering data for publishing and retention
  • Support in translation of syndication system requirements into MDLZ data processes and flow
  • Enforce data quality management policies as prescribed in the Mondelez Gold Model and GS1 standards, carry out 360 degree checks on key data attributes to ensure consistency of data shared


Drive change management, training and quality tracking according to gold model and industry standards to meet customers' requirements

  • Support best practice sharing and training of Global Standards, including GTIN Regulations and GS1 Product Measurement rules
  • Strive for digital data analysts and business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and production issues
  • Drive and support continuous improvement projects in digital publication, quality and processes
  • Monitor & track data creation and change requests; coordinate with PCM and other stakeholders in the I2M process to ensure correctness and completeness
  • Track, monitor and report on new creations, changes, delisting and E2E data object creation


Ensure data shared with customers and consumers follow local regulation

  • Approve and monitor accuracy of product specification and image data, monitor and rectify errors in regulatory, nutritional and allergen data, following local regulations (i.e. FDA (GS1 US), Health Canada (GS1 Canada), EU Regulation 1169 etc.)
  • Maintain and update customer specific requirements (1WS Playlists, ProSYNC requirements, attribute mapping) and respond to requests from business functions


Data creation, changes and quality checks according to GS1 standards as well as customer & consumer requirements

  • Proactively manage digital data (catalog, inventory, governance) with customers & consumer centric systems
  • Monitor create & change requests relevant for active publications including coordination with x-functional stakeholders
  • Track, monitor and report on new creations, changes, delisting and E2E data object creation
  • Support business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and production issues
  • Support continuous improvement projects in data quality and data processes
  • Error resolution management (data inconsistencies)
  • Manage, coordinate and inform new customers & consumer requirements through the Global Network


More about this role

  • 4 year degree required
  • 2+ years of office/systems experience preferably in a remote and cross functional context
  • Experience in Customer & Consumer relations
  • Preferred min. 1 year of Data publication expertise
  • SAP knowledge (Product Master Data)
  • 1WS knowledge
  • Experience in working in a service function
