VP Partnerships & Alliances
What You'll Do:
- Develop, implement and measure a comprehensive global Partner & Alliances strategy aligned to HUMAN’s 2024 business objectives and beyond
- Identify, recruit, onboard and manage new strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Nurture, manage and grow existing key partnerships and alliances with a heavy emphasis on channel lift and revenue contribution.
- Strategize and implement channel-specific programs/events/campaigns to create interest, brand awareness, and drive Partner pipeline and preference for HUMAN solutions and services
- Work closely with HUMAN’s Sales team to promote scale and maximize territory coverage.
- Develop a Partner technical enablement strategy that supports the channel sales strategy globally
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry trends, global markets, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of each existing and target strategic partner’s business and what drives their success.
- Develop, monitor and analyze partner-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously identify areas of improvement to optimize and accelerate the global Partner & Alliances strategy
- Lead, manage and develop a high-performing Partner & Alliances team, building a growth-mindset culture with accountability.
- Represent HUMAN at conferences, industry and partner events to enhance brand awareness and further build strategic relationships
Who You Are
- 10-15 years of proven success and exceeding revenue targets in Channel Sales, with a strong preference in Cybersecurity
- Experience in developing, implementing and scaling Global Channel Programs and GTM strategies
- Strong depth of knowledge around channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and changing partner landscapes relating to Cloud marketplaces, GSIs, MSSPs, MSPs, etc.
- Experience in managing diverse teams of Channel Sales professionals with demonstrated success in motivation and development of high performing teams.
- Experience working with management consulting firms, business process outsourcers, IT sourcing companies, marketing service providers, creative & digital agencies, analytics & business intelligence consultancies, and customer experience consultancies
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills to be used for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
The base pay range for this position is $200,000- $220,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
