Maven is looking for a Senior Analyst, Configuration & Reporting to support Maven's payment operations platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Configuration & Reporting, this individual will be responsible for client configurations, configuration QA, client reporting, and provide cross-functional support for configuration and reporting questions and business needs.
As a Senior Analyst, Configuration & Reporting at Maven, you will:

  • Complete system configuration in accordance with established procedures and client plan design
  • Design, build and proof of concept test system configuration to meet business needs
  • Develop and execute configuration QA processes to ensure zero defect client launches
  • Develop reporting specifications and generate routine and ad hoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Document system requirements, acceptance criteria, design documentation and test cases in accordance with established procedures
  • Research and respond to reported member and client escalations, issues and questions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Client Services
  • Identify and implement improvements to system configuration and/or team processes


Minimum qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a configuration or systems analyst role; healthcare payer, insurance, or fin tech experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with data and analytics tools, reporting specifications and generating reports
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering and business intelligence teams
  • Passion for details, responsiveness, and organization
  • Experience collaborating with and supporting client success teams and clients
  • Jira, Looker, Asana, and Microsoft suite experience preferred


For candidates in NYC, CO, or CA, the base salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
This role is only open to candidates in the NYC-metropolitan area and will require you to be in-office for 3 days each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). While flexibility will always be core to Maven's policies, we also believe in the power of in-person connection. Our hybrid work policy was created with both principles in mind.
